La Broche by Bocuse

La Broche by Bocuse is the rotisserie of Maisons Bocuse, the Lyon house built on the legacy of Paul Bocuse, named Chef of the Century. The idea is simple: chicken slowly roasted on the spit and basted until golden, then served with the generosity of a French brasserie. At Taste of Abu Dhabi, the Bocuse team brings La Broche to Yas Island for three days, with rotisserie classics and a dish created especially for the festival. It is also a first taste of the house in Abu Dhabi, ahead of the opening of Brasserie Monsieur Paul at Saadiyat Grove.
